Meet our recruitment team
Vivian Tran
I have been a Recruitment & Admissions Manager at University of British Columbia, Sauder School of Business in beautiful Vancouver, Canada since 2015. I am passionate about helping people find their potential through higher education, and it is my privilege to see the impact our programs have had on the lives who have entrusted us with their educational journeys. As a native Vancouverite and UBC alumna, I am always happy to share what I know about life in Vancouver and the UBC experience from a student/alumni perspective. Outside of work, you’ll find me attempting to travel to as many corners of the globe as I can, exploring the Vancouver area by foot, paddling and bicycle; and getting in over my head in various sporting endeavors.
Natalie Souresrafil
I am a proud UBC alumna with a masters in psychology and organizational behaviour. My professional background is in the consulting and tech space, supporting various industries, from heavy industry to finance. When I’m not supporting prospective students and future leaders, you can find me hiking or skiing in the mountains and traveling across the globe.

Beth Tsz Huen Bai
Hi everyone! This is Beth! After earning my bachelor’s degree from the City University of Hong Kong and spending two years working in mainland China, I discovered my passion for data analysis while at an ed-tech company. This experience led me to the Master of Business Analytics program, where I've found the journey both rewarding and adventurous. I'm here to help with any questions you might have about the program or campus life. Feel free to connect for insights or discussions!
Chetan Sarda
Hello! I am Chetan, an MBAN student at UBC. I specialize in digitalization and data science, with a background in engineering. My professional journey has taken me through roles as a drivetrain engineer, Six Sigma facilitator, and digitalization consultant across India, Nigeria, and Canada. These unique experiences among varied individuals have shaped my perspective to embrace diversity and support DEI, which is one of the main reasons I chose UBC. Sauder has provided me with a nurturing and encouraging environment for learning and personal growth. As an ambassador, my goal is to improve myself and empower everyone while making meaningful contributions to the community.
Percy Chukwudi
My journey, which includes an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems) and an MSc in Information Technology, has evolved into a passion for using analytics to drive business decisions and innovation. I chose Sauder because the curriculum perfectly blends business and analytical approaches to solving real-world problems. Although I am seldom on the pitch, I consider myself one of the best non-pro centre-backs (CBs) you will find - I derive so much fun from playing and watching football. Coming to Vancouver, I fell in love with one exercise I always hated: hiking.
