Navigating Multiple Offers - Accelerated is an on-demand course that covers a range of topics and issues that REALTORS® need to be aware of when dealing with multiple-offer scenarios. Ask yourself, how familiar are you with the ethical and legal requirements of a multiple-offer scenario? What steps can you take to put your buyer client in the strongest position possible in a competitive market, while mitigating their risks? As a listing agent, what can you do to protect your seller client’s interests and maximize the value of the property? Finally, what information can, should, or must be disclosed when dealing with a multiple-offer situation?

This course covers what you, a REALTOR®, can do to maximize your client’s chance of successfully navigating a multiple-offer scenario, whether you are acting for the buyer or the seller. It also covers various regulatory and board requirements that REALTORS® must meet when multiple offers are in play, and includes content regarding the relevant Rules of Cooperation and related forms*, such as the Disclosure of Multiple Offers Presented form and the Irrevocable Direction Regarding Presentation of Offers form. So, if you are looking to build your expertise to better serve your clients when navigating a multiple-offer scenario, register for this Sauder School of Business Real Estate Division and Greater Vancouver REALTORS® course now!
